バタム国際研修 － その３ －

　日報ということで毎日書こうと思っていましたが、現実は難しいですね。休日もありますし・・・。ということで、日報は断念しました。その日の特徴的なことを備忘メモとして残すことに切り替えます。

I am going to write everyday as a daily report, but the reality is difficult. There are holidays and · · ·. So I abandoned the daily report. I switched to leave characteristic features of the day as memorandum memos.

最初の日曜日の様子のようです。私は立ち会っていません。これを見るに、Buddyとバスケットボールなどで楽しんだようですね。

It is one scenery of the first Sunday. I am not present. Judging from this, it seems like they enjoyed basketball with buddies.

さて、週明けの月曜日。まずは、現地の言葉の基本の訓練。私はとても覚えらませんでしたが、彼らは若いためか？結構覚えられるようです。講師になってくれた人は、マダガスカル出身の方です。実に世界は小さくなったことを実感します。

Well, Monday, the beginning of the week. First of all, basic training of the local language was conducted. Although I could not remember at all, they seemed quite easy to remember due to their youngness. The person who became an instructor is from Madagascar. Indeed, I feel that the world has become smaller.

午後は、英語のお勉強というか、英語でのコミュニケーションの実践。こちらも講師役の方が若く、日本のゲーム、アニメのことに詳しく、彼らと盛り上がっていました。私のみ笑えずに蚊帳の外の状態になりました。共有のベースがあれば、言葉の障壁は低くなります。でも、真の相互理解のためには、互いの言語に精通する必要がありますね。

In the afternoon, studying English, that is, practicing communication in English was carried out. Since the lecturer was also young and familiar with Japanese games, animation, they were excited with such kind of topics. I only alone could not laugh and felt outside from them. If we have a base of sharing, the language barriers will be lower. But for true mutual understanding, we need to be familiar with each other's languages.

この研修を立ち上げてくれた（リンク１、リンク２）Tina先生が彼らの寮を訪ねてくれたようです。盛り上がっていますね。Tina先生のお心遣いに心から感謝申し上げます。

Remarks

Dr. Tina, who started this training (Link 1, Link 2) seems to have visited their dorms. It was great and exciting. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Professor Tina for her thoughtfulness.
