バタム国際研修 － その４ －

　今日も１日が始まりました。だんだん報告の筆も荒くなってきているのは、慣れなのか、疲れなのか分かりません。

  The day began today as well. I do not know the reason why my report is getting worse gradually. Is it due to that I get accustomed to this training or I get tired?

■午前の部

昨日に引き続き、現地の言葉です。文の構造が英語に似ています。単語も似たようなものがあります。欧州の言語系というわけではないのと思うのですが・・・。自分の友人の簡単な自己紹介ができるレベルになっています。

■Morning section

Continuing from yesterday, it was held the lecture of the local language. The structure of the sentence is similar to English. There are also similar words. I think that it is not a European language system, however.  It arrived the level that they can introduce his friends by simple Indonesian.

■学食にてのランチ

10,000～20,000ルピー、要するに100円から200円くらいでまともなものが食べられます。外のレストランは、ここまで安くはありません。

■Lunch at school cafeteria

From 10,000 to 20,000 rupees, in other words from 100 yen to 200 yen, we can eat a decent food. The restaurant outside the campus is not cheap so far.

■午後の部

英会話の授業、レストランでの食事を想定した会話でした。こちらも講師の魅力に？彼らも集中力が維持できていました。私の授業とは違いますね。要反省です。

■Afternoon section

There was an English conversation class assuming taking meals at a restaurant. Is this also due to a lecturer's attraction?  They were able to maintain their concentration. It is different from my class. It needs a self-reflection.

■夕方から夜の部

夕食後の18:30からの授業です。IT授業の一つのCollaborative Serviceです。チーム分けの後、宿題が課されました。チームごとに宿題に取り組んで、最下位チームは罰ゲームをするようです。本当に盛り上がっていました（お酒が入らないのに、どうしてそこまで盛り上がれるの？）

■Evening to night section

There was a lesson from 18:30 after dinner. It is one of the IT class “Collaborative Service”. After making a team, homework was imposed. For each team, working on homework, the lowest team must play punishment games. It was really exciting meeting (why can you be so excited even though you don’t drink?)

■付録

新築中の学生寮と体育館を見てきました。寮の方は、あとは内装だけのようです。来年の学生はここに宿泊することになります。UIBの校舎、周辺です。最後の１枚は、熱帯雨林のイメージが何となく残っているように思えます。昔は、ほんとうにそのようなところだったはずです。

■Appendix

I have been looking at the newly built student dormitory and gymnasium. For dormitory, it seems to be remained only interior. Next year's students will stay here. UIB's school building and the scenery in the vicinity are shown. The last one seems to have some sort of image of the rainforest in tropical area. It used to be such a place in the past.
