チュラ研修生最終発表会の番外編 －チュラ教授の研究室見学－ Extra Episode of Final Presentation of Chula Students －Lab Visits of Chula Professors－

　チュラ研修生の最終発表会にチュラの先生方が参加してくださったことは、既に本ブログで報告しました（リンク）。本記事は、その番外編です。チュラの先生方が研修生の発表会に来ていただいた機会を利用して、実際の現場、要するに所属研究室で実際に彼ら／彼女たちが取り組んでいる内容や研究室の雰囲気、環境を見ていただきました。その報告です。
  The article of the final presentation of Chula students has already uploaded in this Blog (link).  This article is an extra episode of the final presentation.  Since Chula professors came to KAIT to attend the final presentation, we prepare the opportunity to observe their internship contents, atmosphere and environment of the labs they are belonging to.  This is its report.

研究室にお見えになった３人の先生(Suda、Aran、Chawan先生)と説明をしているMs. PearとMs. Kel。タイ語で話をされているので、詳細は分かりません。しかし、先生方から多くの質問がでて、それに答えていましたので、満足してもらえたと信じます。

This is a photo in which Ms. Pear and Kel explained their activities to Chula professors, Suda, Aran and Chawan.  Since they are talking in Thai we could not understand what they were talking about.  However, I believe that three professors are satisfied with their activities because there were many questions and answers among them.

椅子に座っていただきました。熱心に彼女たちの説明を聞いていただきました。当方も嬉しいことです。

I prepared the chairs for them.  Three professors eagerly listened to their explanations.  I was very happy to see it.

さらに、嬉しかったことは、彼女たちが自分たちの取り組んでいることだけではなく、研究室で取り組んでいる他のテーマについても説明してくれたことです。また、それについてもチュラの先生が質問してくださいました。彼女たちが、Kazu、って担当している学生に屋内測位システムの説明の支援を求めていたのは、嬉しくもあり、・・・複雑な思いでもあります。私が知らないうちに、そんなに仲良くなっていたのかって（^_^）。

To make me happier, Ms. Pear and M. Kel tried to explain the research themes of our lab in addition to their theme.  Chula professor also asked some questions to them.  She called “Kazu” to ask his help to explain the indoor positioning system.  It was pleasure for me, but it brought me some complicated emotion.  Their friendship was deepened while I did not notice（^_^）.

　実際に研修している現場とその環境を見ていただくことは、何よりも理解を深めることと思います。チュラの先生の立場としても若い学生を、異国の研究室に送り込むことは心配なことでもあると思います。その意味で、実際の現場を見ていただけたのは何よりよかった、と思っています。来年は、より安心して学生さんをお送りいただけるものと信じます。

  I believe that observing the real internship field and environment in the lab deepen the understanding the contents of their internship program.  Chula professors might have some worries, because they send young students to the lab in foreign country. In this meaning, I think that it was good to prepare the chance to observe the lab to the professors.  This leads to release the worries of Chula profs and to send more students to KAIT with relief in next year.
